Education Qualification:
- ►Candidate must be passed in Middle School examination with Idia as a language subject
OR
►Candidate must be passed Matriculation or equivalent examination with Odia as a medium of examination in non-language subject
OR
►Candidate must be passed in Odia language subject in the final examination of Class-VII from a school or educational institution recognized by the government or the central government
OR
►Candidate must be passed a test in Odia language in Middle English School Standard conducted by the Government in School & Mass Education Department
Essential Qualification:
Candidate must have passed Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent from any recognized School, Board, or Institution and have possessed:-
► A valid driving Licence for Light Motor Vehicle
► Knowledge of motor mechanisms
► Experience in driving a motor car for at least three years.
Other Qualification:
Candidate must be able to speak, read and write Odia.
Selection Process:
The candidate will be selected through written tests and trade tests.
Age Limit:
The age of the candidates should be maximum of 35 years or less as per 01 January 2022
Age Relaxation (If Applicable):
Reserved candidates will get an age discount as per government rules.
- For SC / ST candidates: 5 years
- For OBC candidates: 3 years

- Self-attested copy of H.S.C or equivalent certificate with mark sheet showing the proof of age.
- Self-attested copies of certificates and mark sheets showing the passing of Intermediate / +2 examination or equivalent or equivalent certificate issued by the concerned Board/Council and mention percentage of marks of +2 examination.
- Self-attested copy of Valid Driving Licence for Light Motor Vehicle.
- Experience certificate regarding driving a motor car for at least three years.
- Two character certificates in original issued by two different Gazetted Officers/Medical practitioner / Sarapancha etc. (The names and designation of the Issuing Authority are to be mentioned).
- Three numbers of self-signed recent passport-size photographs (excluding the photograph pasted on the Application form).
- Two self-addressed envelopes duly affixed with a postage stamp of Rs.22/- on each for despatching of call letters by Regd. Post.
- Self-attested copy of Caste Certificate by birth issued by the competent authority.
- Self-attested copy of Certificate / Identity Card of Sports Persons /Ex-serviceman.
- A self-declaration to the effect that he/she has no more than one spouse living if married.
- A self-declaration to the effect that he/she has no criminal antecedent.
