Educational Qualification:
Candidate must be passed minimum madhyamik / 10th standard.
Essential Qualification:
- Candidate must be a member of SHG under Anandadhara
- Should be a good learner, able to acquire and practice skills of facilitation, maintain good interpersonal relationship with her fellow SHG members.
- Should be one of the best practioner of the concerned domain – Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries.
Experience:
Not Required.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected through written tests, skill tests, interview.
Age Limit:
The age of the candidates should be DRDC norms.
Age Relaxation (If Applicable):
Reserved candidates will get an age discount as per government rules.

- For PWBD candidates: 5 years
