Medical Officer: 300
Educational Qualification:
Candidate must have medical (Graduation/Post-Graduate) qualification included in the First and Second schedules or Part-II of the Third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956)
Essential Qualification:
Candidate must have registration as medical practitioner in West Bengal.
Experience:
Not Required
Desirable Qualification:
Candidate must have Six months practical training as House Staff in any Government hospital or other recognized institution
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected through Screening Tests and Interview.
Age Limit:
Ordinary Medical Graduates: The age of the candidates should be a maximum of 40 years or less as per 01 January 2023.
Post-graduate Medical: The age of the candidates should be a maximum of 40 years or less as per 01 January 2023.
Age Relaxation (If Applicable):
Reserved candidates will get an age discount as per government rules.
- For SC / ST candidates: 5 years
- For OBC candidates: 3 years
- For PWBD candidates: 5 years
