Educational Qualification:
The candidate must be passed Any Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution.
Essential Qualification:
- Vice President (Transformation): The candidate must have Good knowledge of Contact Centre fundamentals, Service Excellence, Client Management & Project Management.
- Senior Special Executive – Program Manager:
- Senior Special Executive – Quality & Training: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to manage domestic, and international customer communications (English and Hindi languages), Strong team management skills
- Senior Special Executive – Command Centre: Candidate must have Deep knowledge of Contact Centre (inbound and outbound) fundamentals, key performance metrics, agent rostering, WFH and scheduling of agents as per skill set.
Experience:
- Vice President (Transformation): ►Candidate must have total 7 years of experience. (CC of Banks – 3 years or Bank BPO – 3 years or Other BPO – 4 years (Operations)).
- Senior Special Executive – Program Manager: ► Candidate must have total 5 years of experience. (CC of Banks – 2 years or Bank BPO – 2 years or Other BPO – 3 years (Operations)).
► Candidate must have Experience in managing projects for customer journeys, designing customer journeys, driving cross-functional interactions with business, IT teams to deliver new journeys - Senior Special Executive – Quality & Training: ► Candidate must have Experience of training and quality control in BPO/Contact Centre.
► Candidate must have Experience in designing customer-oriented scripts and driving training for adherence of scripts with strong Quality Control etc. - Senior Special Executive – Command Centre: Candidate must have total 5 years of experience. (CC of Banks – 2 years or Bank BPO – 2 years or Other BPO – 3 years (Operations)).

- Vice President (Transformation): The age of the candidates should be a maximum of 50 years or less as per 01 April 2023.
- Senior Special Executive – Program Manager: The age of the candidates should be a maximum of 35 years or less as per 01 April 2023.
- Senior Special Executive – Quality & Training: The age of the candidates should be a maximum of 40 years or less as per 01 April 2023.
- Senior Special Executive – Command Centre: The age of the candidates should be a maximum of 40 years or less as per 01 April 2023.
