Educational Qualification:
- Assistant Vice President (Marcomm): Candidate must be passed in Full-time MBA / PGDM PGDBM (Marketing) or its equivalent with specialization in Marketing from Institutions recognized/approved by Govt. bodies / AICTE / UGC.
► Minimum marks – 60% in MBA / PGDM / PGDBM. Courses completed through correspondence/part-time will not be eligible. - Senior Executive (Digital Marketing): Candidate must be passed in Full-time MBA / PGDM / PGDBM (Marketing) or its equivalent with specialization in Marketing from Institutions recognized/approved by Govt. bodies / AICTE / UGC.
► Minimum marks – 60% in MBA / PGDM / PGDBM Certification in digital marketing from an Institution of repute. Courses completed through correspondence/part-time will not be eligible. - Senior Executive (Corporate Communication): Candidate must be passed in Full-time MBA / PGDM / PGDBM (Marketing) or its equivalent with specialization in Marketing / Post Graduate Degree in Mass Communication from institutions recognized/approved by Govt. bodies / AICTE / UGC.
► Minimum marks – 60% in MBA / PGDM / PGDBM. Courses completed through part-time/correspondence will not be eligible.
Essential Qualification:
- Assistant Vice President (Marcomm): The candidate must have Knowledge of MS Office, Analytical MIS tools on digital platforms.
► Additional Certification in Marketing on different media platforms e. g. Brand & Media / digital etc. would be preferred. - Senior Executive (Digital Marketing): The candidate must have Knowledge of MS Office, Analytical MIS Tools.
► Additional Certification in Marketing on different media platforms e.g. Brand & Media etc. would be preferred. - Senior Executive (Corporate Communication): The candidate must have Knowledge of MS Office, Analytical MIS tools on digital platforms.
► Additional Certification in PR / Corporate Communication / Journalism would be preferred.
Experience:
- Assistant Vice President (Marcomm): The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in the field of marketing (excluding sales) in a BFSI sector/ Corporates, reputed Media & Advertising / Digital Agency.
-Out of 5 years, at least 3 years experience in facilitating the designing of creative communication in ATL &/or BTL (Including Digital). - Senior Executive (Digital Marketing): The candidate must have a) Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in the field of marketing (excluding sales) of financial products in a Financial Institution / Service Industry in the digital platform.
b) Out of these 3 years, 2 years of experience should be in product marketing using digital media platforms, with specific experience in search and display, SEO, SEM, and programmatic. Knowledge of influencer marketing, email, SMS, and SMM preferred.
c) At least one year of experience in facilitating the designing of creative communications in ATL & / or BTL (In Digital).
d) Experience as mentioned in b) and c) above can be concurrent. - Senior Executive (Corporate Communication): The candidate must have -Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in a PR Agency / Service Industry. Out of these 3 years at least, 2 years must be in PR.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected through Shortlisting, Interviews, and CTC negotiation.
SBI Recruitment 2022 Notification Age Limit:
- Assistant Vice President (Marcomm): The age of the candidates should be a maximum of 35 or less years as per 01 July 2022.
- Senior Executive (Digital Marketing): The age of the candidates should be a maximum of 30 or less years as per 01 July 2022.
- Senior Executive (Corporate Communication): The age of the candidates should be a maximum of 30 or less years as per 01 July 2022.
Age Relaxation:
Reserved candidates will get an age discount as per government rules.
- For SC / ST candidates: 5 years
- For OBC candidates: 3 years
- For PWBD candidates: 10 years
