NSOU Recruitment 2023 Notification Vacancy:

• Registrar: 01
• Finance Officer: 01
• Director of Study Centres: 01

Education Qualification:

• Registrar: The candidate must have a good academic record with a Master’s Degree with a minimum of 55% marks or its equivalent grade on the point scale.
• Finance Officer: Candidate must have a good academic record with a Master’s Degree in Commerce/ Finance from a recognised University with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade in the point scale
• Director of Study Centres: The candidate must have a good academic record with a B+ Masters Degree.

Essential Qualification:

• Finance Officer: Candidate must have Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant or equivalent professional qualification.

  ► Candidate must have a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in Finance.
• Director of Study Centres: Candidate must have a Ph.D. or equivalent Degree.

Experience:

• Registrar: Candidate must have at least 15 years of experience as Sr. Lecturer/ Reader/ Assistant Professor in the AGP.
• Finance Officer: Candidate must have 15 (fifteen) years of working experience in the management of finance in a Government/University or Institute of Higher Learning/Commercial Establishment
• Director of Study Centres: Candidate must have at least 15 years of experience as Sr. Lecturer/Reader/Assistant Professor in the AGP

Desirable Qualification:

• Registrar: A Doctorate Degree or published research work of merit.
  OR → High level of administrative experience in a Government or Quasi Government organisation or a good background
• Director of Study Centres: Experience in dealing with the affairs directly linked with the student’s support services in the distance education system.

Selection Process:

The candidate will be selected through a merit-based.

The age of the candidates should be a maximum of 40 years or less.
