Educational Qualification:
Candidate must have a degree in Civil Engineering / Building Science.
Experience:
Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in handling large-scale projects including interior decoration work.
Desirable Qualification:
Candidate should have:-
- MBA in Advanced Construction Management / Advanced Project Management.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with construction/ project management software
- A team player with leadership abilities
- Experience in handling/managing at least setting up one educational institute including interior decoration work.
- Proficiency in the use of a variety of computer office applications, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint or equivalent.
Selection Process:

Age Limit:
The age of the candidates should be a maximum of 62 years or less as per 20 June 2023.
