Essential Qualification:
Candidates must be computer proficient “0” Level NIELIT, Odisha State Certificate in Information Technology (OS-CIT) course of Odisha Knowledge Corporation Limited (OKCL) and use of Odia Language in Computer and any Govt. recognized institution.
