  • Junior Research Fellowship: 06

Educational Qualification:

  • Research Associate: Candidate must have Ph. D degree in Physics/Electronics / Materail Science.
  • Junior Research Fellowship: Candidate must be passed M.Sc. in Physics / Electronic with first division. and Valid NET or GATE

Desirable Qualification:

JRF: Research experience in the field of semiconductor materials and devices.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected through an Interview.

Age Limit:

  • Research Associate: The age of the candidates should be a maximum of 35 years or less.
  • Junior Research Fellowship: The age of the candidates should be a maximum of 28 years or less.

Age Relaxation (If Applicable):

Reserved candidates will get an age discount as per government rules.

  • For SC / ST candidates: 5 years
  • For OBC candidates: 3 years
  • For PWBD candidates: 5 years
