Educational Qualification:
- Counsellor: Candidate must be passed Graduation in Social Science from recognized institution.
- Ophthalmic Assistant: Candidate must be passed Higher Secondary with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
Essential Qualification:
- Counsellor: Candidate must have excellent interpersonal communication skills. knowledge of MS- Office and Other computer skills required. and must be Fluency in local language both in writing and speaking.
- Ophthalmic Assistant: Candidate must have 02 years diploma in Paramedical Ophthalmic Assistant Course.
OR
02 Year Diploma Course in Optometry & Ophthalmic Technique recognized by the government of West Bengal.
Experience:
Counsellor: Candidate must have two years working experience in Health Sector / Social Sector.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected through Written Tests, Experience, Computer Tests, Interview.
Age Limit:
- Counsellor: The age of the candidates should be a minimum of 21 years to a maximum of 40 years as per 01 January 2023.
- Ophthalmic Assistant: The age of the candidates should be a minimum of 18 years to a maximum of 40 years as per 01 January 2023.
Age Relaxation (If Applicable):
Reserved candidates will get an age discount as per government rules.
- For SC / ST candidates: 5 years
- For OBC candidates: 3 years
- For PWBD candidates: 5 years
