Educational Qualification:
- Block Epidemiologist (BPHU): Candidate must be passed in M.Sc Life Science/Epidemiology OR BAMS/BHMS/BUMS with MPH.
- Laboratory Technician (BPHU): Candidate must be passed in Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Biological Science.
Essential Qualification:
- Block Epidemiologist (BPHU): Candidate must be proficient in advanced MS Office
- Laboratory Technician (BPHU): Candidate must have Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from any Institution recognized by govt of WB
OR
Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (DLT) from the School of Tropical Medicine.
Experience:
Not Required.
DHFWS Recruitment 2023 Apply Online Desirable Qualification:
- Block Epidemiologist (BPHU): Candidate must have Ph.D/M. Phil degree & Experience in Public Health.
- Laboratory Technician (BPHU): Candidate must have 2 years post-qualification experience in any Laboratory of government Institutions or private Institutions licensed under the clinical Establishment Act.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected through Academic Scores, Experience, And Interviews, (Computer Test for BE).
Age Limit:
- Block Epidemiologist (BPHU): The age of the candidates should be a minimum of 21 years to a maximum of 40 years as per 01 March 2023.
- Laboratory Technician (BPHU): The age of the candidates should be a minimum of 19 years to a maximum of 40 years as per 01 March 2023.
Age Relaxation (If Applicable):
Reserved candidates will get an age discount as per government rules.
- For SC / ST candidates: 5 years
- For OBC candidates: 3 years
- For PWBD candidates: 10 years
