Education Qualification:

  • Block Epidemiologist: M .Sc in Life Science / Epidemiology OR BAMS/BHMS/BUMS with MPH
  • Block Public Health Manager:  B.Sc. in Life Science with Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in management. 
  • Laboratory Technician:  a) Passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Biology Science
    b)Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from any Institution recognized by the Govt of WB (State Medical Faculty) or Diploma in Laboratory Technique s (DLT)from School of Tropical Medicine
  • Block Data Manager: Graduate university recognized complete at least 1 from any and have Year Diploma course in Computer Application from Govt registered Institution.
  • Medical Officer: MBBS from any Medical College.
  • Staff Nurse: Complete GNM training course from an Institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council/West Bengal Nursing Council or complete B.Sc. Nursing course’ 
  • ANM (Community Health Assistant-Urban): Candidates must have passed ANM course from an institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council & be registered with the W.B. Nursing Council. Should be proficient in Bengali & permanent resident of the Nandigram HD.
    OR
    Must have passed GNM course from an Institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council & be registered with the W.B. Nursing Council. Should be proficient in Bengali & permanent resident of the Nandigram HD. 

    *No additional marks will be allotted for GNM passed candidates. 

    Essential Qualification:

    • Block Epidemiologist: Proficiency in advance MS Office
    • Block Public Health Manager:  Proficiency in advance MS Office
    • Block Data Manager: Working Knowledge of computers with operating computer knowledge of MS Word, Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access and Internet
    • Medical Officer: MBBS from any Medical College 
    • Staff Nurse: Must be registered under West Bengal Nursing Council.

    Experience:

    • For Block Data Manager: Minimum 3 Years experience in Government Sector or 5 Years. experience in Private Sector in data recording and analysis

    Desirable Qualification:

    • Block Epidemiologist: Ph. D. / M. Phil. & Experience in Public Health
    • Block Public Health Manager:  M. Sc. in Life Science & Experience in Public Health
    • Laboratory Technician: 2 years post qualification experience in any Laboratory of Government Institutions or Private Institutions licensed under Clinical Establishment Act.

    Age Limit:

    1. Block Epidemiologist: The age of the candidates should be minimum 21 years to maximum 40 years.
    2. Block Public Health Manager: The age of the candidates should be minimum 21 years to maximum 40 years.
    3. Laboratory Technician: The age of the candidates should be minimum 19 years to maximum 40 years.
    4. Block Data Manager: The age of the candidates should be minimum 21 years to maximum 40 years.
    5. Medical Officer: The age of the candidates should be maximum 62 years or less.
    6. Staff Nurse: The age of the candidates should be minimum 19 years to maximum 40 years.
    7. ANM (Community Health Assistant-Urban): The age of the candidates should be minimum 21 years to maximum 40 years.

    Age Relaxation:

    Reserved candidates will get age discount as per government rules. (If Applicable)

    For SC / ST candidates: 5 years
    For OBC candidates: 3 years
    For PWBD candidates: 10 years

    4. Block Data Manager: The specified monthly salary for this post has been fixed at Rs. 22,000

    6. Staff Nurse: The specified monthly salary for this post has been fixed at Rs. 25,000

    8. Self-Attested Photo copy of Experience Certificate (Experience certificates must consist of Name of the post, Employer’s Name, Employee’s Name, Date of Joining (DOJ) and Date of Leaving (DOL) otherwise experience certificates will be treated as invalid). 

    9. Self-Attested Photo copy of Voter card / Aadhar card / other address proof.
