Education Qualification:

• Block Epidemiologist: Candidate must be passed in M. Sc. in Life Science/Epidemiology OR MANS/BHMS/BUMS with MPH
• Block Public Health Manager: Candidate must be passed in B. Sc. in Life Science with a post-graduate degree/diploma in management
• Laboratory Technician: Candidate must be passed Passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Biological Science.
• Block Data Manager: Graduation from any recognized university and have completed at least 1-year Diploma course in Computer Application from Govt. a registered Institution.
• Counsellor: Candidate must be passed in M.A./M. Sc. in Sociology/Applied Psychology/Social work/Anthropology/Human Development

Essential Qualification:

• Block Epidemiologist: Candidate must have proficiency in advanced MS Office
• Block Public Health Manager: Candidate must have proficiency in advanced MS Office
• Laboratory Technician: ii) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from any Institution recognized by the Govt. of West Bengal or Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (DLT) from a School or Tropical Medicine.
• Block Data Manager: Working knowledge of computers with operating knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, and the Internet.
• Counsellor: Candidate must have knowledge of MS Office and other computer skills required for work.

Experience:

• For Block Data Manager: Candidate must have a Minimum of 3 years experience in the Government Sector or 5 years experience in the Private Sector in data recording and data analysis.
• For Counsellor: Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the Counselling field.

Desirable Qualification:

• Block Epidemiologist: 01
• Block Public Health Manager: 02
• Laboratory Technician: 2 Years post qualification experience in any Laboratory of a Government Institution or Private institution licensed under the Clinical Establishment Act.

Selection Process:

The candidate will be selected through Merit-Based, and Interviews.

Age Limit:

• Block Epidemiologist/Block Public Health Manager/Block Data Manager/Counsellor: The age of the candidates should be a minimum of 21 years to a maximum of 40 years as per 01 January 2023.
• Laboratory Technician: The age of the candidates should be a minimum of 19 years to a maximum of 40 years as per 01 January 2023.
