Essential Qualification:

• Data Entry Operator: The candidate must be passed in Graduate from a recognized  university with a minimum of 55% marks
• Data Analyst/Social Media Analyst: The candidate must be passed B.tech in computer science and MBA from a recognized university in marketing.
• Research Associate/Content Writer: The candidate must be passed an MBA from a recognized university in marketing.
• Associate Consultant/Creative content writer/Graphic Designer/Video Editor: The candidate must be passed in PG Diploma in Mass Communication/ Management/ Graduate in Design/ Mass Communications
• Consultant/Sr. Content Writer: The candidate must be passed an MBA / Post-Graduate Diploma in Journalism
• Sr. Consultant/Project Lead: The candidate must be passed in PGDM/MBA in Operations, Graduate B.tech/BE, PG Diploma/Masters in Science/MCA
• Principal Consultant/Project Manager: The candidate must be passed in PG Diploma/MBA and B.tech/BE/MCA

Experience:

• Data Entry Operator: Candidate must have Knowledge of Typing Speed minimum of 40 w.p.m . (desirable).

  reputed nature
• Data Analyst/Social Media Analyst: The candidate must have 1 year of experience in marketing.
• Research Associate/Content Writer: The candidate must have 1 year of experience in marketing.
• Associate Consultant/Creative content writer/Graphic Designer/Video Editor: Candidate must have 2-4 years in creative content writing/journalism/UI/UX Design/ Graphics/Video/Animation
• Consultant/Sr. Content Writer: The candidate must have At least 10 years of experience in content writing and in publishing content.
• Sr. Consultant/Project Lead: Candidate must have 5-7 years in handling project teams of 7-10 technical resources, Experience in delivering projects on time, working knowledge of project management tools and software
• Principal Consultant/Project Manager: The candidate must have 12+ years of handling large-scale/complex projects.

Selection Process:

The Candidates will be selected through Interviews.

Age Limit:

• Data Entry Operator: The age of the candidates should be minimum of 18 years to a maximum of 35 years.
• Data Analyst/Social Media Analyst: The age of the candidates should be minimum of 24 years to a maximum of 32 years.
