Educational Qualification:
- Legal Officer in Grade ‘B’: Candidate must be passed in Bachelor’s Degree in Law from any University/College/Institution, recognized by UGC and the Bar Council of India with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/years.
- Manager (Technical-Civil): Candidate must be passed in A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade.
- Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha): Candidate must have Second Class Master’s Degree in Hindi/Hindi Translation with English as a subject at the Bachelor’s degree level.
- Library Professional (Assistant Librarian) in Grade ‘A’: Candidate must be passed in Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Commerce/Science & Master’s Degree in ‘Library Science’ or ‘Library and Information Science’ of a recognized University/ Institution with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade.
Essential Qualification:
Legal Officer in Grade ‘B’: The candidate must be Enrolled with the Bar Council as an Advocate.
Experience:
- Legal Officer in Grade ‘B’: Candidates must have At least two years of experience after being enrolled:
► As an Advocate.
OR
► As a Law Officer in the Legal Department of a large bank/ financial institution/ statutory corporation/company/ State/ Central Government after being enrolled with the Bar Council.
OR
► As a full-time teacher in a Law College / University, teaching law. - Manager (Technical-Civil): Candidate must have at least 3 years experience in the relevant field after graduation in a public/private limited organization.
- Library Professional (Assistant Librarian) in Grade ‘A’: Candidate must have Three years of professional experience in a library (in a position of Library Assistant/Technical Assistant (Library) or similar designation or above) under Central/ State Government/ or Recognized Research or Educational Institution or any major library.
Desirable Qualification:
- Legal Officer in Grade ‘B’: Candidate must have Special knowledge of Banking Law, Company Law, Labour Law, and Constitutional Law and experience in drafting of pleadings and documents.
- Manager (Technical-Civil): Candidate must have Experience in the maintenance of Office and Residential properties/ colonies. & administering construction projects in all its aspects and knowledge of PERT/ CPM techniques. & Working knowledge of Computer in Structural Design in CAM/ CAD / MS Projects or Primavera evaluation and analyzing of tenders with special references. & Working knowledge in structural rehabilitation works.
- Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha): Candidate must have Knowledge of bi-lingual word processing.
- Library Professional (Assistant Librarian) in Grade ‘A’: Candidate must have Diploma in ‘Computer Applications from a recognized University or Institution
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected through Written Exams and Interviews.
RBI Recruitment 2023 Various Posts Age Limit:
- Legal Officer in Grade ‘B’: The age of the candidates should be a minimum of 21 years to a maximum of 32 years as per 01 May 2023.
- Manager (Technical-Civil): The age of the candidates should be a minimum of 21 years to a maximum of 35 years as per 01 May 2023.
- Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha)/Library Professional (Assistant Librarian) in Grade ‘A’: The age of the candidates should be a minimum of 21 years to a maximum of 30 years as per 01 May 2023.

Reserved candidates will get an age discount as per government rules.
- For SC / ST candidates: 5 years
- For OBC candidates: 3 years
- For PWBD candidates: 10 years
Application Fee:
