Essential Qualification :
- Block Epidemiologist under XV FC-HG:
a) M.Sc. in life Science / Epidemiology Or BAMS/BHMS/BUMS with MPH
b) Proficiency in advance MS Office - Block Public Health Manager under XV FC-HG:
a) B.Sc. in life Science with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management
b) Proficiency in advance MS Office - Laboratory Technician under XV FC-HG:
a) Passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Biology Science
b) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from any Institutions recognized by the Govt. of WB or Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (DLT) from School of Tropical Medicine. - Block Data Manager under XV FC-HG:
a) Graduate from any recognized university and have complete at least 1 year Diploma course in Computer Application from Govt. registered Institutions
b) Working knowledge of computer with operating knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access & Internet - Medical Officer under XV FC-HG:
a) MBBS from a MCI recognized Institute with 1 year compulsory internship.
b) Must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council - Staff Nurse under XV FC-HG:
a) Completed GNM course recognized by Indian Nursing Council (INC)
b) Must be registered under WBNC iii) Proficiency in local language -
Community Health Assistant (Urban) under XV FC-HG: Must Having passed ANM course from an Institute recognize by Indian Nursing council and be registered with the West Bengal Nursing Council. Should be proficient in Bengali and permanent resident of the Howrah District. Or
Must Having passed GNM course from an Institute recognize by Indian Nursing council and be registered with the West Bengal Nursing Council. Should be proficient in Bengali and permanent resident of the Howrah District.
- Staff Nurse under XV FC-HG:
a) Completed GNM course recognized by Indian Nursing Council (INC)
b) Must be registered under WBNC iii) Proficiency in local language - Counsellor under XV FC-HG: Master’s / Post Graduate degree in psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/Anthropology/ Human Development from any institutions recognized by Central or State Government
Experience:
- For Block Data Manager under XV FC-HG: Minimum 3 years experience in Government Sector or 5 years in Private Sector in data recording and data analysis.
- For Counsellor under XV FC-HG: Working knowledge of computer
Desirable Qualification:
- For Block Epidemiologist under XV FC-HG:
Ph. D /M. Phil
Experience in Public Health - For Block Public Health Manager under XV FC-HG:
M.Sc. in Life Science
Experience in Public Health - For Laboratory Technician under XV FC-HG: 2 years post qualification experience in any Laboratory of Government Institutions or Private Institutions licensed under Clinical Establishment Act.
- For Counsellor under XV FC-HG: One-year experience in blood banking counseling in any licensed Blood Bank or other medical counseling after obtaining essential qualification.
