Educational Qualification:
Candidate must be passed Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institute &
Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communications/ Public Relations or equivalent from a recognized University / Institute.
OR
An officer of the Indian Information Service (IIS).
Experience:
Candidate must have Nine years of experience in the Pay Scale of Pay Band3 (Rs.15,600- 39,100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- or equivalent or higher out of which five years’ experience in Advertising/ Publicity/ Public Relations/ Media Relations/ Journalism.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected through Deputation.
Age Limit:
The age of the candidates should be a maximum of 56 years or less.
