Educational Qualification:
- Deputy Librarian: Candidate must be passed in a Master’s Degree in library science/information science/documentation science, with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade on a point–scale.
- Deputy Director, Directorate of Physical Education & Sports: Candidate must pass in a Ph.D. in Physical Education or Physical Education and Sports or Sports Science.
(Candidates from outside the university system, in addition, shall also possess at least 55% marks at the Master’s Degree level by the university concerned)
Essential Qualification:
- Deputy Librarian: Candidate must have Ph.D. Degree in library science/ Information science / Documentation Science/Archives and manuscript keeping/computerization of library.
- Deputy Director, Directorate of Physical Education & Sports: Candidate must have evidence of having produced the good performance of teams/athletes for competitions like state/national/inter-university/combined university, etc.
Candidate must be passed the physical fitness test in accordance with these Regulations.
Experience:
- Deputy Librarian: Eight years experience as an Assistant University Librarian/College Librarian
- Deputy Director: Eight years experience as University Assistant DPES/College DPES.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected as per university rules.
Age Limit:
The age of the candidates should be a minimum of 10 years to a maximum of 30 years as per 01 January 2023.
Age Relaxation (If Applicable):
Reserved candidates will get an age discount as per government rules.
- For SC / ST candidates: 5 years
- For OBC candidates: 3 years
- For PWBD candidates: 10 years
