Educational Qualification:
- AGM – Information Technology/Chief Manager – Information Technology: Candidate must be passed in Masters /Bachelor of Engineering or Masters /Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology or Computer Science or Master’s in Computer Application.
- AGM – BSG (Business Solutions Group)/AGM (Operations): Candidate must be passed in Graduate in any discipline.
- Chief Manager – Fraud Monitoring: Candidate must be passed in Graduate in any discipline. (Candidate with Post Graduate degree in Risk Management is preferred).
- DGM- Finance & Accounts: Candidate must be passed in Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
- Senior Manager/Manager: Candidate must be passed in BSc. in Electronics, Physics, Computer Science, Information Technology OR B.Tech /B.E- Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Science OR MSc. Electronics, Physics, Applied Electronics.
Experience:
- AGM – Information Technology: Candidate must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Officer grade is mandatory of which a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in IT operations in banking (or) electronic payment services is mandatory.
- Chief Manager – Information Technology: Candidate must have a minimum of 9 years of experience in Officer Cadre in IT of which a minimum of 5 years of experience in the BSFI Sector or IT projects pertaining to the Banking sector.
- AGM – BSG (Business Solutions Group): Candidate must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in officer cadre in direct Product Management/ Development / Product Technology / Business Solutions / Project Management etc.
- AGM (Operations): The candidate must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in the Banking Operations/ Financial Services/Payment Systems industry is mandatory.
- Chief Manager – Fraud Monitoring: The candidate must have a minimum of 09 years of experience in Officer grade in the banking/Financial Sector.
- DGM- Finance & Accounts: Candidate must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Finance overseeing financial operations, preferably accounting and taxation matters in Banks/Large Corporates/PSUs/Financial Institutions/ Financial Services Organizations is mandatory.
- Senior Manager: The candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the Officer cadre in IT in the banking or Electronic Payment Services industry is mandatory.
- Manager: The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT in Officer Cadre.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected through an Interview.
Age Limit:
- Manager: The age of the candidates should be a minimum of 23 years to a maximum of 35 years as per 01 February 2023.
- Senior Manager: The age of the candidates should be a minimum of 26 years to a maximum of 35 years as per 01 February 2023.
- Chief Manager: The age of the candidates should be a minimum of 29 years to a maximum of 45 years as per 01 February 2023.
- Assistant General Manager (AGM): The age of the candidates should be a minimum of 32 years to a maximum of 45 years as per 01 February 2023.
- Deputy General Manager (DGM): The age of the candidates should be a minimum of 35 years to a maximum of 55 years as per 01 February 2023.
Age Relaxation (If Applicable):
Reserved candidates will get an age discount as per government rules.
