- Candidate must be Only Retired Govt. Employees ( Grade -I Officer on Superannuation).
- Basic Computer Skills for Office Work( MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint, and Email).

- Should be a permanent resident of Hooghly District.
Experience:
- Candidate must have experience in Farm Livelihood Management.
- Minimum 2 years experience in imparting training.
