Education Qualification:
Candidate must be passed High School pass (graduate pass candidate will be given preference).
Essential Qualification:
- Candidates should be permanent residents of the concerned Gram Panchayat,
- Applicants who are at least one year old should be members of Anandhara Swanivar Group.
- Must have basic knowledge of mathematics and business.
- Must have writing and speaking skills in Bengali or local language and writing skills in English.
- Must have basic knowledge of smart phone usage and own smartphone.
- Must have basic computer knowledge (Word Excel Power Point Internet) and certificate in computer course will be preferred.
- Must be able to work around the village area.
