Educational Qualification:
- Chief Manager Scale IV: Candidate must be passed in Graduation (Mandatory) in any discipline.
- Senior Manager Scale III: Candidate must be passed in Graduation (Mandatory) in any discipline.
Essential Qualification:
Candidate must have CAIIB &Higher qualification will be given preference.
Experience:
- Chief Manager Scale IV: ► candidate must have a minimum of 7 years experience as an officer in PSBs/Private Banks/ NBFCs
► Any experience as Branch Manager/ Credit/ Foreign Exchange will be given preference. - Senior Manager Scale III: ► Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience as an officer in PSB/ Private Banks/ NBFCs

Other Qualification:
The candidate should have a minimum CIBIL score of 650 or above at the time of joining.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected through online written tests and personal interviews.
Age Limit:
- Chief Manager Scale IV: The age of the candidates should be a maximum of 40 years or less as per 31 December 2022.
- Senior Manager Scale III: The age of the candidates should be a maximum of 35 years or less as per 31 December 2022.
Age Relaxation (If Applicable):
Reserved candidates will get an age discount as per government rules.
- For SC / ST candidates: 5 years
- For OBC candidates: 3 years
- Children/Family members of those who died in the 1984 riots: 5 years
- For PWBD candidates: 10 years
