Education Qualification:
- Senior Consultant / Consultant (Procurement): Candidates must be passed in BE/B.Tech/MBA/MHA or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Senior Consultant / Consultant (IT Project Management): Candidates must be passed in – BE/B.Tech with MBA/ME/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent from a recognized university .
- Consultant (Office Administration): The applicant should have retired from the post of Assistant Section Officer/Section Officer from any Central Government Ministries/Departments.
Experience:
- Senior Consultant / Consultant (Procurement): Experience in procurement for Government sector for at least 10 years (out of which at least 5 years should be related to Procurment in healthcare Sector) for senior consultant and 5 years for consultant (out of which at least 2 years should be related to procurement in healthcare sector)
- Senior Consultant / Consultant (IT Project Management): Experience in Software Project / Product Management (including Solution Designing, Solution Architecture, Software Development Life Cycle, Functional requirement specifications, Software Requirement Specifications, etc.) for at least 6 years for Senior Consultant & 3 years for consultant
- Consultant (Office Administration): Not Required
Desirable Qualification:-
- Senior Consultant / Consultant (Procurement): Experience in healthcare procurement cumulatively costing more than Rs.100 crores in Government sector
- Senior Consultant / Consultant (IT Project Management): Experience in Health Informatics, Health Information Exchange, Electronic Health Records, Health Data Integration, Healthcare Analytics, Health Interoperability, etc.
- Consultant (Office Administration): – Preference will be given to the retired officers belonging to Central Secretariat Service.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected through written exam and interviews.
Age Limit:
- Senior Consultant / Consultant (Procurement): The age of the candidates should be maximum 62 Years or less.
- Senior Consultant / Consultant (IT Project Management): The age of the candidates should be maximum 62 Years or less.
- Consultant (Office Administration): The age of the candidates should be maximum 63 Years or less.
Age Relaxation:
Reserved candidates will get age discount as per government rules. (If Applicable)
