Education Qualification:

  1. Principal: A Master Degree (M.Sc.) in Nursing from a recognized University.
  2. Professor –Cum-Vice Principal: A Master Degree (M.Sc.) in Nursing from a recognized University.
  3. Associate Professor: A Master Degree (M.Sc.) in Nursing from a recognized University.
  4. Assistant Professor: A Master Degree (M.Sc.) in Nursing from a recognized University.
  5. Tutor: A Master Degree (M.Sc.) in Nursing or Bachelor Degree (B.Sc.) in Nursing (Basic or Post Basic) from a recognized University.

Experience:

  1. Principal: 15(fifteen) years teaching experience after acquiring M.Sc. Degree from a School of Nursing or College of Nursing recognized by Indian Nursing Council and any State Nursing Council , of which a minimum of 5( five) years teaching experience shall be in a College of Nursing;
    * Administrative experience .
  2. Professor –Cum-Vice Principal: 12(Twelve) years teaching experience after acquiring M.Sc. Degree from a School of Nursing or College of Nursing recognized by Indian Nursing Council and any State Nursing Council , of which a minimum of 5( five) years teaching experience shall be in a College of Nursing.
  3. Associate Professor: 8(Eight ) years teaching experience after acquiring M.Sc. in a School of Nursing or College of Nursing recognized by Indian Nursing Council and any State Nursing Council , of which a minimum of 5( five) years teaching experience shall be in a College of Nursing.
  4. Assistant Professor: 5(Five ) years teaching experience after acquiring M.Sc. in a School of Nursing or College of Nursing recognized by Indian Nursing Council and any State Nursing Council , of which a minimum of 3( Three) years teaching experience shall be in a College of Nursing.
  5. Tutor: 2(Two ) years teaching experience in a School of Nursing or College of Nursing recognized by Indian Nursing Council.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected through academic qualification and/ or marks obtained in Screening Test.

Age Limit:

  1. Principal: The age of the candidates should be maximum 55 years or less as per 01 January 2022.
  2. Professor –Cum-Vice Principal: The age of the candidates should be maximum 50 years or less as per 01 January 2022.
  3. Associate Professor: The age of the candidates should be maximum 50 years or less as per 01 January 2022.
  4. Assistant Professor: The age of the candidates should be maximum 36 years or less as per 01 January 2022.
  5. Tutor: The age of the candidates should be maximum 36 years or less as per 01 January 2022.

Age Relaxation:

Reserved candidates will get age discount as per government rules. (If Applicable)
For SC / ST candidates: 5 years
For OBC candidates: 3 years
For PWBD candidates: 10 years
