Education Qualification:
- Candidate must be passed in Graduate in Engineering, & Chartered Accountants.
Essential Qualification:
- Candidate must have Post graduates in any subject including those holding a 2-year full-time degree/diploma in Management.
- Candidate must have Chartered Financial Analyst.
Experience:
Not Required.
- Assistant Vice President / Investment Principal: The candidate should have at least 10 years for AVP and at least 5 years for IP of post-qualification relevant work experience in one or more areas viz. Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Fund Raising, Early Stage Financing, and Project Appraisal. Experience as the founder of a start-up will be an added advantage.
- Senior Investment Associate / Investment Associate: The candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years of postqualification relevant work experience in one or more areas viz. Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Fund Raising, Early Stage Financing, and Project Appraisal. Experience as the founder of a start-up will be an added advantage.
Selection Process:
The candidate will be selected through a Merit-Based.
Age Limit:
- Assistant Vice President: The age of the candidates should be a maximum of 45 years or less.
- Investment Principal: The age of the candidates should be a maximum of 35 years or less.
- Senior Investment Associate / Investment Associate: The age of the candidates should be a maximum of 32 years or less.

Age Relaxation (If Applicable):
Reserved candidates will get an age discount as per government rules.

- For OBC candidates: 3 years
