Educational Qualification:
Manager (Technical): Candidate must have a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute
Hindi Officer:-
i) Candidate must be passed in Master’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level.
OR
ii) Candidate must be passed in Master’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent in English with Hindi as a subject at the degree level.
OR
iii) Candidate must be passed in Master’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with Hindi and English as subjects at the degree level.
OR
iv) Candidate must be passed in Master’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with Hindi Medium and English as a subject at the degree level.
OR
v) Candidate must be passed in Master’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with English Medium and Hindi as a subject at the degree level.
Experience:
Manager (Technical): The candidate must have at least three years of experience in the implementation of Infrastructure Sector Projects related to Highways, Roads, and Bridges.
Hindi Officer: The candidate must have Five years of experience in using/applying terminology (terminological work) in Hindi and translation work from English to Hindi or vice-versa, preferably of technical or scientific literature.
Desirable Qualification:
Hindi Officer: ► Candidate must have Knowledge at the level of Matriculation of a recognized Board or equivalent of one of the languages other than Hindi mentioned in the English Schedule of the Constitution.
► Candidate must have a Degree or Diploma in translation from Hindi to English and vice.

The age of the candidates should be maximum of 56 years or less.

Hindi Officer: The specified monthly salary for this post has been fixed at Rs. In PB-3, (Rs. 15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400 [Pre-revised in CDA pattern, equivalent to Pay Level 10 of the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC]
