Education Qualification:

Candidate must have a Degree in Law from a recognized University.

Essential Qualification:

Officer of the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories or Courts or Tribunals or statutory organizations or State / Higher Judicial Service:-

• Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department;
  OR
• A post in Level – 12 in the Pay Matrix of the Seventh Central Pay Commission with five years of regular service;
  OR
• A post in Level -11 in the Pay Matrix of Seventh Central Pay Commission with ten years of regular service.

Experience:

Candidate must have Experience in personnel and administrative matters.

Selection Process:

The candidate will be selected through their Merit-based.

Age Limit:

The age of the candidates should be maximum of 56 years or less as per 04 December 2022
