NATRAX Educational Qualification:
- Technician – Lab/ Instrumentation: Candidate must be passed in ITI (Electrical / Electronics)
- Technical Assistant – Vehicle Testing: Candidate must be passed in Diploma in Mech / Auto Engg.
- Technical Assistant – Homologation Testing: Candidate must be passed in Diploma in Mech Engg.
- Engineer – Proving Ground Mgmt. System (PGMS): Candidate must be passed in BE / BTech (Electrical or electronics)
- Jr. Officer – Human Resources: Candidate must be passed in MBA in Human Resources
Experience:
- Technician – Lab/ Instrumentation: Candidate must have 2 years exp. in the Electrical Instrumentation lab
- Technical Assistant – Vehicle Testing: Candidate must have 5 years exp. in Automobile manufacturing, vehicle testing agencies and R&D companies
- Technical Assistant – Homologation Testing: Candidate must have 5 years exp. in Automobile manufacturing, outdoor vehicle testing agencies and R&D companies
- Engineer – Proving Ground Mgmt. System (PGMS): Candidate must have 5 years of experience in handling operation/maintenance of CCTV cameras / Access control system / similar integrated systems etc.
- Jr. Officer – Human Resources: Candidate must have 8 years of postqualification relevant work experience in Human Resources with proven ability to manage overall performance management system.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected through screening tests and interviews.
Age Limit:
- Technician – Lab/ Instrumentation: The age of the candidates should be a maximum of 28 years or less.
- Technical Assistant – Vehicle Testing: The age of the candidates should be a maximum of 30 years or less.
- Technical Assistant – Homologation Testing: The age of the candidates should be a maximum of 30 years or less.
- Engineer – Proving Ground Mgmt. System (PGMS): The age of the candidates should be a maximum of 34 years or less.
- Jr. Officer – Human Resources: The age of the candidates should be a maximum of 32 years or less.
Age Relaxation (If Applicable):
Reserved candidates will get an age discount as per government rules.

- Technician – Lab/ Instrumentation: The specified monthly salary for this post has been fixed at Rs. 22,000.
- Technical Assistant – Vehicle Testing/Technical Assistant – Homologation Testing: The specified monthly salary for this post has been fixed at Rs. 30,000.
- Engineer – Proving Ground Mgmt. System (PGMS)/Jr. Officer – Human Resources: The specified monthly salary for this post has been fixed between Rs. 42,000 to Rs. 46,000.
