- Senior Vice President & Head (Marketing): 01
- Assistant General Manager (Marketing) / Chief Manager (Marketing): 18
Educational Qualification:
- Senior Vice President & Head: MBA / PGDM or its equivalent with specialization in MBA (Marketing) with Finance as one of the subjects or MBA (Finance) with marketing as one of the subjects or MBA (Dual) Specialization in Finance & Marketing.
- Assistant General Manager / Chief Manager: Graduate (any discipline) & MBA / PGDBM or its equivalent with specialization in Marketing / Finance from Institutes recognized/approved by Govt. bodies / AICTE/UGC.
Experience:
- Senior Vice President & Head: Minimum 14 years post qualification experience in marketing in Banks / Financial Institutions / NBFCs /Rating Agencies/ Big Four Audit Companies / Insurance Companies / Multinational Companies.
- Assistant General Manager: Minimum 12 Years Post qualification experience in a Supervisory / Management role in the field of marketing of wholesale/corporate credit and other financial products.
- Chief Manager: Minimum 10 Years Post qualification experience in a Supervisory / Management role in the field of marketing of wholesale/corporate credit and other financial products.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected through Shortlisting and Personal Interviews followed by CTC negotiation.
Age Limit:
- Senior Vice President & Head: The age of the candidates should be a minimum of 40 years to a maximum of 50 years as per 01 April 2023.
- Assistant General Manager: The age of the candidates should be a minimum of 35 years to a maximum of 45 years as per 31 December 2022.
- Chief Manager: The age of the candidates should be a minimum of 30 years to a maximum of 40 years as per 31 December 2022.
