Educational Qualification:
- Station Manager: Candidate must be passed in MBA/PG degree with a specialization in Marketing from a recognized university/Institution.
- Officer Services (HR &Admin): Candidate must be passed in MBA/PG degree equivalent to MBA in HR from a recognized university/Institution.
- Assistant Services (F&A): Candidate must be passed in B.Com from a recognized
university/institution OR B.Com from a recognized university/institution. - Base Assistant: Candidate must be passed in Graduate degree or equivalent.
- RCS Coordinator: Candidate must be passed in Graduate degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university/institution.
Experience:
- Station Manager: Candidate must have 1 year of post-qualification Executive experience in a related field.
- Officer Services (HR &Admin): The candidate must have 1-year post qualification Executive experience in a related field.
- Assistant Services (F&A): Candidate must have 3 years post-qualification experience (For B.Com) / 1 year post-qualification experience (M. Com).
- Base Assistant: The candidate must have 3 years of relevant experience.
- RCS Coordinator: Candidate must have a 1-year post-qualification experience in liaisoning & coordination.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected through the prescribed norms and requirements of the job.
