Educational Qualification:
Candidate must be passed bachelor’s degree (Graduate) in law from recognized university.
Experience:
- Senior Public Prosecutor: Candidate must have minimum 08 years of experience at the Bar, In conducting criminal cases in the Court of Law.
- Public Prosecutor: Candidate must have minimum 07 years of experience at the Bar, In conducting criminal cases in the Court of Law.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected through merit based.
Age Limit:
The age of the candidates should be NIA norms.
Age Relaxation (If Applicable):
Reserved candidates will get an age discount as per government rules.
- For SC / ST candidates: 5 years
- For OBC candidates: 3 years
- For PWBD candidates: 5 years
